Day 55: During this past semester, I have to admit that I have been neglecting my modeling career, or what was supposedly turning into a career. Why? Welp, let’s just say that juggling being a full-time student, holding down two jobs, running my company and managing close to 60-70 people as a 21 year-old (and I didn’t even included having some form of a personal life) is no easy task. Thus, I had to prioritize what I could and couldn’t do so much of, and modeling happened to fall into the latter category.
Anywho, a couple days ago, out of the blue, my beloved friend Joshua Galloway — who is an amazing photographer & graphic designer — tweets that he wanted to catch up & break in his new lens that he had just purchased! And seeing how 1. I love Josh and 2. I haven’t done a shoot since late September, I said sure hun let’s get up on Saturday!
Okay, I’ve always said that I was going to learn the entire song and lyrics of “Superbass” by Nicki Minaj and then do a video to show off my mad skills.
Welp after a summer long of hitting replay and practicing every time I heard it on the radio (which, if you have been living under a rock, was literally like every other song!) I accomplished the first step. I can do Superbass! But I haven’t recorded it for yall yet!
But that it is all about to change! Last night while at work, yes…at work, my co-worker showed me this video of little miss Sophia Grace Brownlee performing to Superbass! Watching this video my jaw dropped!! This isn’t one of those, aww how cute!…a little 5 year old trying to sing!… No. This chick…this chick is dead serious!
Yall just need to see this!!
Omgosh Omgosh Omgosh!!! Like literally one month and one day removed from today the latest movie in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn, will be hitting theaters everywhere! AHHHH!!!!!
Okay…so I’m a Twilight fan, don’t judge me!
I simply adore the books by Ms. Stephenie Meyer. I can remember not being able to put the books down! I read the books while I walked, stayed up late at night reading, I even read the books in my Statistics class (which I made an A in thank you very much!).
Anywho, I just saw the official trailer of the movie — not the teaser yall, but the actual trailer! Check it out!
